Apprentice Alanie wins "Apprentice of the Year" Award

Alanie, one of our promising apprentices at NTM-GB, won the “First Year Apprentice of the Year” award from HWGTA (Hereford and Worcester Group Training Association). Held at the Sixways Stadium in Worcester, the event celebrated the achievements of talented apprentices across the region

At NTM we believe that supporting local apprenticeships is vital in creating awareness of different industries and giving young people an opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills to prepare them for their future careers. 

Since joining us as an apprentice, Alanies “can-do” attitude and willingness to contribute wherever she sees an opportunity have made her an asset in every department she’s been involved in. Alanie is passionate about her work, and her commitment to learning and improving her skills is fantastic.
